Engine start...

After a short delay to the GTR project...a momentous day has been reached...The first start of my LS7.
After a quick call to Jeff S about a small wiring question, I was ready to push the button. Turned the ignition on (expecting a fuse to blow..it didn't) and the fuel pump kicked into action to pressurise the system. Push start button and bingo! an immediate start and clean idle. A quick blip on the FBW throttle confirmed some electrical connections (I had to extended it for my RH drive setup!). No smoke, no fumes, no leaks..
It's noisier (though crisp and clean) than I imagined, but with the ass hanging out, the garage may have acted like a sound box (like a finely tuned guitar..hopefully the noise tester at the track will have a musical ear?!)
