Good idea Scott. Can someone comment on how dark it is inside the luggage compartments? I was thinking of adding a light as it seems that once you seal it up it will be tough to see things inside, especially with black as the background.

If you are in the car you cannot easily see inside so you just find things by feel. If you are outside the car or have the door open then there is normally enough light.Paul

Some photos...

Notice the bracket on the left behind the heater valve. It's got a hole on the vertical face for the round bit on the side of the valve. Anchored the top hose in with a P-clip. 30mm-wide strips of blue hose wraps around the two heater hoses to keep them still. The strip was cut just short enough that the ends don't quite reach each other when zip-tied into position.

At the edges where the hoses exit the bracket, they are rounded slightly so as not to crease the hoses.

Off topic. In your top pic you have used cable ties around some blue padding to secure your hoses in place. You need to slide the tie around so that the ratchet part is either above or below the hoses and out of the way. No matter how well you cut back the end of the tie they can give you a nasty cut when 'feeling for something in the dark'. Ask me how I know.

Steve, that's good advice. I have already done the "wrist test". The ties are there should I have a crash. I can slice my wrist without releasing my harness.
