US Complete Rolling Chassis

I admit, I should know the answer to this, but I do not.
Reviewing the Ultima website again for the first time in several months, I stopped on the US complete chassis page.
Am I correct that if I want to forgo the trials, tribulations, joys, and individual customization that comes with doing my own build that I can order a completed car minus drive train from the factory for $89K? If so, approximately how much am I paying for the factory to build the car for me?
