I was looking at some old Ultima link out Germany and they seem to have a new link, I looked it up and wow, nice cars...nice wheels...nice acrbon stuff, you can also have a full carbon body, though that's expensine hehe 85.000,-euro's
They are putting BMW M5 engine's in their Ultima's and the looks of that are also nice(and expensive gain)

LS7 still better IMHO, and probably cheaper...Carbon parts can be had here in the UK.
But the Germans need TUV approval so M5 engine easy for themto get on the road....
LS7 with a $500 cam makes 650bhp, try getting that from a M5 engine without spending alot of money.....

Carbon monocoque - sounds like BS to me.

The chassis in their pics is an Ultima chassis.

MAYBE they have copied the Ultima mid-section of body in CF, but:

A. that doesnt make it a monocoque chassis.
B. I bet they get a letter from the factory this week.

Just downloaded the PDF. The picture in the corner looks like the Anker that lead on me and Andy Can-Am. He was lets say less then a gent as he was said to both of us that he wanted our cars. He even gave Andy a date, but could only pay in Euros... and banks won't except that mount of Euros as it could be money Laundering...
In the end he never bought either car just mucked us around.... Basicaly I wouldn't trust him as far as I could though him..... Just MHO

Agreed, but it`s just as easy to get the LS7 on the road here as it also meets the EURO4 emission standard (not sure about the old M5 engine though). The text says they build 10 cars a year, I honestly haven`t heard of them (and I`ve heard a lot).
But the wheels look ok...

I don't know them either, but know they are around for some time now...
Also the M5 engine is indeed way more expensive then the LS7(new that is), I don't know why they choose it but its nice to see and to know that their are such machine's with those engine's so if you have the money and trust a German behind youhehe you can choose that optionbiggrin
Also good to see what others come up with, just like the Audi conversions from Technocars:

http://www.technocars.de/index-engl.htm

and their is a GTR on sale in Germany sadly way to expensive but that has a Audi V6 RS engine under the bonnet:

http://www.mobile.de/SIDGfXG-K39YDTpG7TlugAleA-t-v...

its LHD but way to expensive, and I rather like the V8 sound...though never heard this car.

If they are doing complete carbon bodies, then they have made another mould set of there own. The factory moulds are not made of high temp material so would not last in a autoclave. So if there not buying the bodies are they buying anything else from the factory, as lets face it the chassis is the easiest thing to copy steels cheap F/G Moulds are very expensive...

The text says that he imported a GTR in 99 and found that engine and gearbox didn`t match, top speed was too low and the technology was too vulnerable....
In 2003 he began to develop his own car rolleyes , that only had the bodywork in common with a factory car. The chassis is said to be one of his developments and that the "passenger compartment" is made of CF confused
In 2008 he wants to introduce a new bodywork.

Thanks for translating that – I appreciate the effort that you made for those of us that do not speak German.

Regards Ryan.

Thanks Ryan, you`re welcome. But to be honest with you - the text was a little longer than my synopsis but didn`t say much more than that. read
Except maybe that they want to compete with Wiesmann and that they used the old M5 engine and tuned it to 540hp with an optional compressor which should be good for up to 620hp
