Hi, I am contemplating the purchase of an Ultima GTR kit, can anyone give me reason not too?
Looking for any problems with the build.
Have looked at some of the Build Diaries with various issues highlighted!

Many thanks to those that have replied, looks like my visit to the factory on Tuesday next is going to be expensive!!

don,t see any reason why you should not go for it ,the build is pretty easy and everything fits together well , engine choice seems to be the biggest area at the moment . to be honest you will not find a car that is as fast and looks so good for the build cost of 45k !!!!

David,
I have been around very close friends that have built kit cars and have built a few myself. I can honestly tell you that the offering from Ultima is top drawer. They provide everything you'll need to build the car less the motor. More importantly, they are there to help with questions through the build. I can't tell you how many emails I've sent Richard and he has always responded in a friendly, helpful way very quickly. I would highly recommend this build.

Are you sure your ready for the leap from '1929 Lea Francis 'S' Type 'Hyper' to warp speed?

If you restore cars then the build of a GTR will hold no issues for you. The kit is very complete and well engineered. If you come to fit an item you will open the bag and find inside every fixing, P clip, pop rivet etc you need all sub-bagged and labeled.

The main question is can work without the presence of rust?
