I can see the fun of building, but doesn't that sort of defeat the object?
You make the ultimate (sic) supercar - then get shot of it before you can really enjoy it?
If you get a kick out of building cars then I'd say that there are a lot more challenging and rewarding projects out there. Personally, scratch building a Locost gives more satisfaction than building the Ultima. Although, the driving experiences are incomparable.
Still, each to their own.

Don't worry to much Me and Andy intend to build second car's, but maybe build them as and when we can afford to, i.e. not paying the bank manager and actualy owning them instead. Plus have collected many parts for second car. Plus you can do alot of things different to the second car, things you thought to late to change on the first, all those chassis mods by our canadian friend, for example.
The Second car will always be better than the first. Practice makes perfect.
