cliveg-the first PROPER colour CanAm

Just seen cliveg's CanAm in the Gallery and I have to say that it looks fantastic in that colour. Obviously I am biased but I am really surprised that this is one of the first we have seen in this colour, it looks SO good: Well done fella, I look forward to seeing it in the flesh

Thanks guys. It just had to be black. I'm busy finishing off a garage now, so I can keep it warm and cosy when it comes home.

Funny you should say that Clivey but I did consider having two matt black stripes applied to the GTW when it was being painted but was persuaded out of it as the sprayer said they would get 'shinny patches' on them if you were to buff say, bird shit off of them and so I declined: I wish I had now but it is not too late. Some say they would be to subtle to notice but I still feel that they would be noticeable enough. Carbon fibre stripes would look smart too I reckon
A dainty hand in an iron glove or a granite fist in a mink stole.....the choices are endless but as long as you start with a sound foundation, any further tweaks are just to keep the enthusiasm up I feel, they really are never finished.

Have done in the past, but not for a while. All my work is with Brussels at the mo. But that could change later this year...
