THe factory exhaust manifold is designed for a 23 degree head.
I had a Chapman/Edelbrock 18 degree head and had my exhaust made special

Could you publish your engine specs, please?

I contact a company called BTB Exhaust systems to make my exhaust but they could not help me because they make the exhaust systems for ultima sports so they would not work on my car. Used other company but ss tubes teck look pretty good.

How big is the difference between 18 and 23 degree exhaust headers?
Is it possible to order standard Ultima headers and “tune” them a little bit to fit?

The difference depends on which head you have, for instance, you can have a 18 degree head with the same exhaust layout as a 23 degree

You need to see Brodix or Chapman.

Primary designs of Thame did my 18 degree exhaust
