How does the SBC cope with oil surge with the standard sump?
Does it absolutely need a dry or accu sump, or are these only really required for track work?
Don't know how they fair with dry sump. But I know how they track with an accusump and a wetty. It ain't good!!Does it absolutely need a dry or accu sump, or are these only really required for track work?

I thought/hoped I could get away without an accusump - a trip round the local Tescos roundabout proved otherwise...LuckyP said:

What's the favoured route and supplier for getting the dry sump conversion?
Stuart
If you are considering an A/S SBC vehicle, then for factory support and no surprises, I'd go (like me) with Factory tank, and connectors and A/S engine parts. Stuart
Looking like about 3k plus build costs at the moment.
