I can't stop thinking about the car at work. Hey Wayne, you mentioned about adding shark gilles on your car as well. Are you planning on doing it anytime soon?

I have the gills already to fit, the turning vanes are carbon fibre and they are mounted onto flat ali plate that is contoured to fit top and bottom. They will be fitted using riv nuts and countersunk M6 Allen bolts. I will indeed be fitting them ( at some point ) but really don't know when yet.
I hope the GTW hindering your thoughts at work is not causing you problems, I know that it did for me hehe

..... cracking photo angle...
It takes a true profeshnial to take a shot like that biggrin

Actually, from which ever angle we got on the car, it was just sensational.

It looks soooo good on the road too.

Wayne, HOW much longer before you get her operational again?

^ Watcha Gaz, how are you doing?
I am intending to get the GTW ready for a trip with The Vet and LuckyP that I know of so far to the Nordschleife in July but hopefully the car will be mobile before then so who knows?

Are you going for a private trackday with RMA or similar, or is it a public day?

The Vet is organizing things and I am just going for the craic but I think it is on a public day. I hope everyone can be sensible as I intend to be but if they feel that they want some then I say 'bring it on fellas, let's see what you got' driving

Hey, I have only just noticed that even the driving smiley seems to be going through the motions of driving an Ultima with R/H gear change, game on thumbup

The Ring trip is not an organised event as such, but will give us two and a half "touristenfahrten" days in the middle of july, guaranteed to be hot and dry [maybe]. Anyone wanting to come and watch or bring their own car, preferably an ultima but not essential, will be most welcome.

Will you be at Stoneleigh with it, or is that too soon?
