tho isnt the roll bar used for the support of the soft top?

Roll hoop, also seat belt mounting points.... so will have to incorporate that... but would look a lot better.....

There was a blue spyder some years ago which had the two chrome roll bar/hoops. I am sure it was a factory fit so they would have a photo. It did look good and was unique (still is I think?) I will try to find the photo, but I am sure the factory will have it........

The Can-am has a totaly differant shape to the spyder , its much more rounded to match the screen .
