Nice to meet Tuxman, GTWayne, LuckyP & Co yesterday at Stoneleigh. Superb machines guys, I can't believe the effort and skill that you put into your cars. Thank you very much Simon for the quick blast, it was amazing. I thought I had been in some fast cars in my time, but you were right when you said the Ultimas are a completely different experience. I'm still wavering slightly as a very nice Gardner Douglas Lola T70 rep rather caught my attention in the main hall. It's all down to 'er in doors really and I'll let you know how it goes. Many thanks again for your expert knowledge, opinions and help. thumbup

Hi V-GOM ,good to meet you too ,pleased you enjoyed the blast even if it was a bit short !! one of the best things about Ultima ownership is being part of Pistonheads and the guys involved in it ,sunday was a good example of that !!

Know what you mean about the Lola ,lovely looking car probably a bit more Track bias but i always drool over it when i see it .maybe my next project scratchchinscratchchin i think the good lady will kill me if i suggested that laughlaughlaugh regards Simon

Hi V com

I was chatting with you on Sunday im glad you enjoyed your ride in Simons Can am. I too remember my first ride in an Ult and to be honest i havnt looked back!! I think Simons car is great value and well sorted. Anyway good luck which ever way you go but keep us informed. It would be great you see you in Simons motor, but i think he is nuts to sell it.

Didn't meet you on Sunday, welcome, I saw you going out with Simon as I arrived and parked up. I agree with Kyle, Simon must be mad to sell, it is one of the most sorted CanAm's out there....that EFI engine is the way to go, just wished that I spent my money on fuel injection instead of fuel pumps smile

come on Graham we all know that fuel injection is coming soon on your car... stop living in denial and bite the bullet.
