Would like to say Hi to everyone I met at Stoneleigh on Sunday. Had
a great day and thanks for making me feel more than welcome.
I was the tall skinny bloke pestering Wayne and Steve all afternoon,
sorry chaps.
Wayne, I think this means I have now been handled, although I didn't feel
a thing. By the way, how is the Lettuce leaf and Celery goingwink
Car is a GTR in the early stages of build. Will be running LS7 but not
finalised spec yet. Colour is also undecided and is going to be the
hardest thing to choose.

Tony.

Hi Graham. I am between Romford and Brentwood,2 mins from the
M25/A12 junction.
I heard you had the cartell on fuel pumps at the moment, a bit
early in the build for me though. Just coming to the end of the
bit where you go to bed and all you can see is 1/8 drill bits
and rivets.
Be good to meet up somtime though.

Tony.

Ah happy days. . . . . .
You're not too far from me then, I'm the other side of Chelmsford. If you need to check anything and you don't mind looking at a CanAm then drop me a line and I'll give you my number.

The worrying bit is not seeing the rivets, it's dreaming that you got the spacing wrong right in the middle of the door opening where all the world can see and is laughing at you.

Watcha Tony, good to make your acquaintance on Sunday and glad to see that it is a GTR that whets your whistle. All that is needed now is to convince you that there is only one correct colour available for you to choose yes ( it is not pale green either nono ).

Hi Tony and welcome, if you are the tall guy talking to Simon and Graham at the time, I do hope I didn't put you off, you looked awfully worried when I mentioned long arms and shallow pockets are required, as I am the short fat bald bloke, just got the contract for advertising Mitchilin Tyres (don't need the suit)
Hey fantastic day though

Roll on France, 3 weeks to go and counting !

We couldn't even swap mobile numbers on Sunday (not one nerd amongst us!) so how the hell the four of us are going to meet up at the Tunnel or the French services is going to be interesting to say the least.
I might borrow a camcorder but I don't have a roll bar mount so footage could be a bit 'jumpy' but I guess there will be plenty of pics to put up when we return.

Russ/Simon.
Thanks for the welcome messages.
Russ, I don't remember you mentioning anything about money, but then
it may have been selective hearing on my part smile
Car looks great by the way.

Simon, It would be great to come up some time soon as there are a few
questions I would like to ask you.

Tony.

Tony,

Currently in the workdshop most days at the mo (much to the wife's displeasure...)....hopefully gonna get another couple of full weeks in on the build before business drags me overseas again....so if you're able to make the trip up the old A12 this week or next I should be around....plenty of tea and biccies being consumed at present whilst I tackle the wiring.....with any luck might even drop the engine in next week.....drop me a mail if you want to set something up....

ATB, Simon

Drop me aline, I was aiming to go to the South Woodham meet on Thursday but I've got the car in 'a few bits' at the moment, I hope to be up and running over the weekend though.
