Don Palmer day in Ultima?

Was thinking I was overdue for one of Don Palmers driver training days, but was a tad uneasy about a day of sidewards stuff due to lack of dry sump. Don says you learn more in a eurobox with limited grip.

Anybody got any experience in an Ultima?

Did a Rob Gravett aptly named 'Ultimate Driving Day' in the Ult. It's hard on the mechanics, the body work and of course the tyres. But has to be the best way to get to know what your Ult can do on and over the limits. Track days aren't the place to venture into the unknown, even if you have been there in a Eurobox. It's so very different in the Ult.

Did a road course day with Don and was great learning. He mentioned that he would love to do a group day (4-5) so perhaps e should try this. He also e-mailed today about training day in an audi tdi!
