I am one happy chap.
My box has just arrived back after four weeks at GBOX in the us.
Take a look at the quality! http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/dweekscars/Ultima996...
I have detailed the work I had done, just in case one of you is thinking of having similar work carried out. This work includes, but is not itemised, the inversion of the box and the reworking of all of the oil passages associated with this mod.

Labour to repair
Safety Wire
Driveline Assy Case Sealant
Machine shop time to modify ( incl. Inversion)

Replacement parts:
1off Main Angular contact bearing
1off Pinion bearing
1off 2nd Gear Idler
6off Shift Shaft Spiral Clamp pins
1st/2nd Shift Sleeve Assy.
3rd/4th Shift Sleeve Assy.
3off 3rd/4th/5th/6th Synchro Rings
2off Shift Rings
2 off Synchro Cone Ring
2 off Synchro Rings
2off Diff Side Seals
1 off Main Oil Seal
Media Blasting and Powder Coating
All this for less than £2600.00

I hope this shows the level of detail that GBOX go to when repairing one of our boxes.
Hope this helps
David

Hi David

Looks good! I was impressed with the powder coating on Grahams which was also refurbed at GBOX. I hope it works as good as it looks. I had mine built at CMS and I have nothing but praise for them! I have dumped over 700lb/ft of torque through mine and the LSD works a treat with the car pulling straight and true. The car is looking good. All the best with the build.

Regards Dave
