Brush-painting inside the body panels ?
Discussion
'Stonechip' comes in an underbody-gun container (a screw threaded tin) however, it can be applied with a brush, dries matt, can be overpainted after application or at a later stage, comes in white, grey and black. Stipple on a couple of thick coats and it will protect as well as give the gelcoat a background to deepen its colour/gloss.
Its solvent based so will bond well with GRP and accept other solvent based finishes should you wish.
If you could get / use spray equipment then thinned down body sealer is excellent too as it remains rubberised when cured and absorbs shocks/stones/chips very well. (thinned down for ease of application and weight reduction of course!). Again solvent based and accepts many paint finishes post application or later date!

Thats the stuff, you can buy in a six-tin box from Tetrosyl, Bury, Lancs but Im sure your local distributor will do a good deal on bulk purchase! If you do decide to go that route make sure you give it a good shake before opening.
The same manufacturer does the other stuff too!
Good luck.
