Outsourcing GTR build work

Hi guys,
Ive beenreading through various posts, and i have seen some guys mentioning someone thatgoes by the name / code of SSS - GTRwayned mentioned him.
Im after someone local to hel with my GTR build i have been doing bits myself and using the factory but lets face it business is bleak at the mo.
Can anyone help?
I think they mentioned SSS is an ex employ of Ultima?
