currently, red line somewhere in the region of 15000+rpm, detune it to about 9000rpm, put twin turbos in there. i'd like to have this in my ultima.

really dont see the point in the double blower engine other than looks and eratic tickover
if you want big HP fit a bigger blower or gear it higher.....
but the cosworth ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh so nice... i went to the 2 Minadi auctions and could have bought v10 engines for the same money(30k) but waste of time turbo charging it,
You might as well buy an indy car engine designed for the turbos..........nice thought though!!!!!!!!!

wasn't the above cosworth engine from an indy car?
PPC recon you can get a Indy car motor for about £10K form the US..... get some custom pistons machined to drop CR down to 9.0-1 and fit a intercooler and you should have similar power to what they run on meth (with no intercooler).

not sure which cosworth engine in the picture... good idea getting compression dropped, but then methanol is alot cheaper than shell octimax!!!!!!!!
