GTR Centre Change Seating Position

Guys,

Anyone out there currently using a centre change in their Ultima?

If so how do you find the seating position?
Given your build time again would you have opted for right hand change?

Be great to hear your views.

I have right hand and find its a bit akward with my elbow on the side pod at times and in hindsight would have gone centre.

this should be fun

right shifters will want to go left and vice versa, i think both systems have their good and bad bits you need to try and work out which is best for you. You are big lad(oh err missus) so i think you would be better with the right hand shift(with cables) because if you get two bigs guys in there you will be smacking each other about. Its good to try both though?

I have a centre shift but i would rather have a right hand shift but not with those spears.... sorry rods.

Haha yeah i agree there are fores and aginst with both.

Ive grown fond of the fact whatever i decide to do with this car there are limitations.

Its simple we simply redesign the whole chassis to be wider!
We then set it up to accept a simple three seat centre driver position.
Sounds like it should become an iconic supercar! (or has it already been done~?)

I have to admit im being pulled toward the right hand shift system. Sorry pushed!!!!!
