Wheel Info AGAIN!!!!!
Discussion
Guys
Ive searched all the threads and the wheel manufacturers are telling me the information is inaccurate.
Im about to spend a small fortune on wheels and they require the following accurate informations:
1. PCD
2. Center bore
3. Brake Profile schematic
4. Width and offset or backspacing
Can anyone help?
I would appreciate it.
Regards
Mark

Hi Wayne,
Ive used the info from there, HRE say they need more information.
Also the offset of the front wheels is written to be 1" which setup is this for?
The factory demo (Record holder) seems to have a different offset to the majority of new builds.
So is the 1" offset relating to standard or the factory upgrade?
Also HRE need to know:
Conical or Ball Seat
Length of stud or bolt
Thread diameter and pitch.
Thanks

This relates to standard, the record car had a wide track and special rims to accommodateMjpmark said:

1/ Don't know what this question pertains to1/Conical or Ball Seat
2/Length of stud or bolt
3/Thread diameter and pitch.
Thanks
2/ Studs are 60mm in length
3/ Studs dims are 12 X 1.5
This information is correct as far as I am aware but I might be wrong. I run centre-locks and so do not need to know the information you require but hanging around here you tend to pick stuff up

Mark I would take A LONG look at the weight of HRE wheels before I bought them. YES that is the voice of experince from a past project. There is a company in Florida that does the wheels for the ALMS Corvettes that maks a very nice very light wheel for the Ultima they have done one set before sorry at the moment I do not remember thier name. Hopefully the owner will speak up. Lee
