will get my Gardner Douglas headers next week back from engine tuning so in approx 10 days you can probably see
them installed on my build site. They looked very nice from the pics I got from GD.

Primaries are the first 4 sections of pipe before they merge into a collector/junction. Then they become a secondary pipe. HTH.

Sorry, i'm not serious enough. I try to forget Madge...

By the way, what means "stop taking the p***" ? I don't understand, maybe it's mechanic ? biggrin

And my wife agree with you Kyle. Size is important. hehe

I've emailed Corsa twice to ask if they will sell the mufflers/silencers as a stand alone from this system, which I think sounds great.

They haven't bothered to reply.

Going through this myself at the moment.
Opinions seem to vary between 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 for primaries.

I decided on 1 7/8

Would be interested in peoples opinions on primary length. I am intending on about 30 inches (this may not be appropriate on Ultimas, I do not know how much space you have available).

1 7/8 is perfect but i think you will struggle with the 30 inches!!
