Scissor lift

Anybody use one of these to work on car? Anycomments on which is best etc. I think car ground clearance may be a problem.

I use one in my garage. Its an absolute god send.
The only problem is , if you have a slope up into the garage, the angle of the car means you can catch the dropped floor pan on the lift. If the lift is set into the floor no probs same again if you have a level drive into the garage no probs.

I got mine from machinemart a few years back - got a feeleing they dont do it any more, but have another feeling Sealey do a version.

Yeah already read that lot but there is no real chat as to how they work with Ultima's

Possibly because, as I already posted, there is very little reason to be underneath an Ultima as everything is available from the sides.
