LS2 wiring connectors

Hi
I have a LS2 engine, with sensors (no wiring loom).
I now have a omex 710 ECU for which I need to make a loom.

Where can I buy the connectors to attach to the sensors on the engine.

i would speak to omex...

if i was you i would use the Gm ecu and loom both relatatively cheap to source and thus connect up

the gm sensors are made by delphi in the main but you will need to check with omex to see if they are compatible with their unit

Omex has been fitted to ls engines before and afaik the sensors are compatible.

I am assured that the sensors are compatable.
Apparently, it was used on the LS2 powered Marcus.

If you are still having connector issues try Ballenger Motorsports in the US.
I got a number of sensors and connectors from them for my (pending) efi conversion.

GD used to fit the Omex I think they had a wirring loom and default map. It was what I was going to fit to my LS2 before the GM ECU was available.

connectors are quite hard to buy on their own.

There is also a guy that used to attend kit car shows selling a small 7 light dash display . He sold me some LS7 connectors also.

DC Electronics based nr Chelmsford Essex will make looms and sell most connectors. I think that they have a minimum order quantity of £50 though.

-Spoke to Andy at Gardiner Douglas, and he does not have connectors available, pointed me in the direction of the US.
-Have now sent email to Ballenger Motorsports
-Did not know about DC electronics, and they are not far away, so will visit them with sensors tomorrow.

Hello,

I converted my LS2 to cable throttle.

I can sell (used only one year):
LS2 kit car loom with connectors to LS6 PCM, fuses and relays
LS2 electronic throttle body
LS2 TAC (Throttle Actuator Control module)
LS2 accelerator pedal, shortened to fit in an Ultima
LS2 MAF
LS2 MAP
LS6 PCM (for 24-tooth reluctor wheel)

I want to mention that I had problems with the LS2 electronic throttle controlled by the LS6 PCM. I suggest to use an LS2 PCM, depending on the reluctor wheel (24- or 58-tooth).

The cable from TAC to the pedal is cutted (because the main part of this cable is still in my Ultima sidepot).

Pig tails aren't really ideal because you have messy and potentially problematic joins. DC have the connectors and pins.
