Don't know if they're available there, but I recommend the V700 Ecstas over the Victoracer V700's. I've tracked both, and the Ecstas are just as good and last longer, fyi. Good luck!

I don't know how this slipped my mind, but there's a new Kumho out called the V710, which is much, much faster than all previous Kumhos, fyi. It's also more expenisve, and probably shorter-lived, as you might expect. Recent tests showed it to be about 1.5 seconds faster around a 1:30 course than the older V700's.
