Great idea for those who have a space problem. Wonder if you can get to the cars underground or is the system in a sealed cube (climate controlled, I imagine). What happens when the lift breaks down?

The owner's posted on here a couple of times. He was on uk tv awhile back in a programme about private registration plates with Nigel on the plate, he owns Nigel 1 iirc. I think he made his money selling or working with electrical goods. The other person in the programme has a merc with the plate Nigel 2.
