headlights misting up

Hi,
I had an idea recently which I shall try out.
I have connected two pieces of 8mm nylon tube to the sides of the air con blower/heater by drilling and tapping the sides of the alloy mounting bracket.
The other ends terminates in the luggage containers with a 1/4" BSP removable chrome cap.
The idea being that I will cold air trickling into the luggage containers in the summer so I can keep the beer cold!
Then I thought, after reading about headlights misting up, why not cut a tee in the nylon tube and run some 4mm black along with the wiring loom to the headlights.
All it would need is 2 small holes in the cover, one for the nylon entry and one for a vent.
This way with the heater on, you would even get a small trickle of warm air in the lights.

This scheme seems to depend on whether and to what extent the air pressure under the front wing/around the headlamp cover is positive or negative. If it is positive then the aircon has to deliver down a 4mm tube against this positive pressure sufficient airflow.
I don't know for certain one way or the other. But generally, isn't the air pressure under the front wheel arch is positive?

Possibly it doesn't matter as long as there is an air flow to move the stale air.

Your air flow depends on pressure difference so to my mind it does matter because you have to deliver the air stream through a small pipe from the air con (OK, slightly increased pressure above the cabin footwell pressure because it is fan assisted) at higher pressure than the inside headlamp dynamic pressure. Otherwise the flow will be from the vent into the headlamp - that would be worse because that is going to be damp air.
I'm not saying it won't work, I look forward to you saying it does and I will fit something similar.
