Just picked this up from a local company called MJS Fabrication the guy used to be the head welder at Pace, and he's done a good job of copying my radiator (which he has as a patten).

The factory rads are a mixture of brass and steel.....my fan centre had worn through the core and was just about to split (my fault for not checking clearance when I installed new fans) that's why he mounted them different to normal.

thats great nice and local to! will give him a ring. how are you getting on? nearly finished?
Yep he's in Hathaway's yard, his name's Martin and is really helpful, a nice guy.I wished.....
Fuel system is finished, and as above radiator is done......I have the engine loom laid out on car trying to figure out where everything goes
will have to wait for the engine before I can figure that one out, but meanwhile I'm taking the cockpit off so I can get at the pedals to install the flybywire pedal and do some heat management under there as well.....so a long way off yet... but thanks for asking....

Good luck with that Graham. I've just removed mine (well, what was left of it) and it wasn't the easiest thing to do without damaging the grp. I used an old, sharp, wallpaper stripper between the panels to cut the sealant (but I didn't need to worry about damage). Wurth sealant is sticky stuff!Gassing Station | Ultima | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
