I may be wrong ? but when the ultima is being driven there s a couple of LED s flashing on dash ? rear clam not shut corectly ???

Just a guess but imo, some kind of radar/laser scanner in dash.

The flashing lights are indeed the indicators for front and rear clips not being latched properly.
