indicator stalk modification

Guys,

Anyone know how easy it is to remove the hazard warning button from my indicator stalks, without causing catastrophic effects.

Easy... I cut the circuit boards to separate the hazard switch from the stalk, then soldered wires to each 1/2 of the circuit board to connect the switch back up, and moved the hazard switch under the dash.
