Looking for a Tri-State Area Ultima Owner...

I was hoping that 1 of you guys wouldn't mind meeting up with me to see if i cam fit inside of the car. The reason i ask is b/c i am 6'5" and the Can-Am would be the perfect hooby for me in a year or so. I am a Lego builder at heart and this car would give me the ultimate satisfaction. So if there is anyone that is willing to meet up, please either post here, eMail whatever you prefer and we can exchange info and meet up. Thanks guys.

I'm in SW Ontario, building a GTR. I'm 6'8" tall, 230lbs and can fit (without seats so far). I'll have to tilt the seat back slightly to get my head low enough to see stop lights, and I'll add padding to the dash crosstube to protect my knees.
When I rode in the demo at the factory, I could fit, but not quite comfortable until I slouched down. Otherwise, fit well and could even get in/out without removing the steering wheel.

That is fantastic!! I live in NJ also and I have been wanting to take a look at a Can-Am or GTR because I plan on ordering a GTR this year. Would you be able to show me your Can-Am some time soon? I would love to see the car!

Looks like the tri-state area will have a bunch of ultimas running around soon.

I know of one gtr already done in MD, My canam 80% done in MD and there is a complete canam in Northern VA. We will have to start planning some events.

Hey Arthurr, you wouldn't mind if I brought a video and still camera to capture the beast would ya? I know it would be THE EXPERIENCE of the year....WELL, until I get my own!!

Hugemikeyd and Ultimalover I would love to show the car and video is fine. I am not around next weekend but the one after works. If you want to do an evening then propose some dates. I live in Franklin Lakes NJ about 20 miles from NY NY.
