Good Ultima turnout..attendees...apologies I never got to catch up with anyone in person and didn't get pics of all the cars... I was distracted by all the other metal on show! Here's a few Ult's....

Hello Paul
Thanks for posting the photo of UMA, I share the car with Nick Dean. I guess you noticed we have dressed her up a bit for the Le Mans trip this week. Likewise sorry we didn’t meet up but we did meet up with the other Ultima GTR owners, as you say a good turnout and they all got a good deal of attention. What a fabulous day, so many rare cars and probably 50% of Ferraris & 911’s from the South, found myself walking past another 430, 599 or GT2 because the next car was a Veyron, Pagani, 722 Merc or the road legal Maclaren F1 GTR Race Car (this was my car of the day!). John (Supertoadylight) has made a brilliant job of dressing his GTR in spoof stickers for the Le Mans trip this week, did you catch sight of it parked up in the Paddock? Your car looks great, must have been some drive down from Norfolk and back. We had a fantastic drive down, I set out at 5.15am before picking Nick up at 6.00, managed to do some of my favourite roads without any traffic and only the odd pigeon or rabbit, these cars are just awesome to drive are they not? Happy days. In the same vein as your apology, here is another couple of photos taken just before we left. Hope to meet up soon. Lawrence

ok 2 questions:

in the above pic, why would anyone wear shorts and then pull their socks up that far? Hmmmm

2nd why would anyone who thinks having socks pulled up that far would be interested in anything as stunning as the ultima?

cars look great though boys.

Well, there cannot be two cars in this colour can there? I saw an Ultima in this shade a little while back on its way towards the Newbury A34 Junction....Lovely thing!

Nice pics guys...can't wait to get hold of a house with a big enough garage....then the tough decision...a Spire GT-R or an Ultima first!?

At least two in similar greens.
I suspect the one you spotted was in a metalic green. It lived and was painted in the Southampton area.

Hi Paul,

You wont remember me but I parked my 360 up close by and we talked for a while (my girlfriend was/is knocked up). I thought I'd post to say your car looked amazing - once I've got my double garage I'll be building one myself!

Regards,
Voicey.

That would probably have been me, Newbury is my nearest town, always popping out for an hour or so to get papers as you do!!! I havent seen the Apple Green Ultima from Southampton, but it was for sale on here a little while ago, not sure where it resides now.
