Windshield Washer Jets

Dose any one have a good idea for a windshield washer jet system that works?

I have the standard double squirt jet which works fine for me.
Was there something you were having issues with?

Someone has installed some jury rigged junk that doesn't even come close to working.

Do yo have a picture to give me an idea or does anyone else have a solution?

No pictures required, it's just a bog standard plastic body with 2 direct-able jets. It is in line with the wiper spindles and about 50mm away.

I believe there are production cars with jets that produce a pulsed fan pattern which would be nice if it can be made to fit. Thought about doing it but never got as far as trying to find which cars they are fitted too.

My Insignia has jets which produce a super dense mist (for want of a better word)..seems to be standard for a few new cars now.
