I'm moving to a derelict farm in a couple of weeks and need to put up a temporary garage/workshop (to last for 12-18 months) so I can carry on building my can-am. Has anybody built/used one that they would recommend? Thanks, Clive.

It's not what you are looking for but is what I want to do next.

hi clive, i had prefab garage built about a year ago. a company called compton garages. ive had to seal up the roof/wall gaps with expanding foam to keep out the wind and dust but it all seems pretty sturdy. dave

At the bottom of that link is a link to another plan for the upstairs. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with all the bits, bathroom, kitchen, utility. Makes you realise just how big it is.

If you want a prefab that won't leak/rust/rot/fall apart a Compton is a no brainer tbh. Having recently demolished a 42 yr old example I can say with some confidence that they're built to stay up

or an engine hoist to the top floor. Could then strip the V8 whilst watching the 42" plasma..

Thanks all. I will check out Compton.
Steve, the plans look good. Just given me an idea on how to spend my time when car and house are built!
