Carbon cold air intake and side pods...

Hi chaps,
finally got my Reverie side pods and cold airbox fitted, for all those who have been waiting so long I'm sorry but the weather has been too cold for the glueing process, anyhow, finally done so some pics are here:

The driver's (right) side hose is connected up to the pod as intended, but due to the position of the oil cooler on my car (on top of the passenger (left) side fuel tank, I could not get the hose on there.
This in fact works out fine as I've just cut the two bosses off so that the cool air blows straight over the oil cooler, and wedged the airbox intake pipe between the oil cooler and the fuel pipe, which holds it nicely in place in the airflow anyhow
Also there are two connecting points on each pod so one is always left free to just pump cool air into the engine bay...not bad thing I think!
They may also look a little tatty at the mo' as I haven't done the final b*llsh*tting
I haven't got around to the carbon rocker covers as yet as longer bolts are required and I don't have these at the moment.

Stunning car, thanks for the pictures. Do you have any that show the backside of the intake vents. Jack, how long before you make a set of these. I've seen a vendor in the back of hotrod magazines here in the USA that offers an air cleaner with inlets shaped for flexible ducts. I think they sold them for 50.00 USD.

Very nice Alan! I'll be watching for the pics of the valve cover installation as well. Can you post or email a pic of the valve covers uninstalled? Nice job with the photography as well. The effects in the picture with the Can Am and the Turbo make them look like model cars. Well done!

Just reiterating the plea on the quote above - Does anybody have a picture of the flip side of these Reverie carbon fibre pods?
The Reverie site does not even have the pods listed on their site when I looked there a few days ago.
Do they clear the fuel tanks and potential location for aircon condensor or oil coolers?
