Thread sizes for cluch line question

[V8 Vum]

I am about to extend my clutch line which is a tad short to go to a Servo-assisted ex MGB server (new part no; 4257-812P) + then going from this to the Porsche gt 3 std type slave. can anyone help me with the thread-sizes?

The Slave port I presume would be metric but would I use a banjo or a direct male-male fitment and what size?
The MGB Servo slave I presume would be imperial? Does anyone know the size/thread

And..likewise for the Ultima -4 line female end - is this metric or imperial?

Any help would be appreciated
