Hi Chaps,

I have just been offered a fantastic job in Montreal. My Ultima is 95% complete, so I am thinking of taking it over and registering in Canada.
Is this possible? Would an Ultima be registrable in Canada? If not, should I finish it here, register in UK then import?
I'm sad to say this is one of the deciding factors for taking the job! After 6 years of build, it would break my heart to sell her....

Many thanks!

Mart

Clive is over there so should be able to answer.
From earlier comments he has made I think the answer will be no to all your options.

It's not possible to import the car built, your only option may be to pull it apart and ship a piece at a time over a period.

IMO don't let the Ultima decide this for you, take the job and don't look back. You can build another one, a good job offer my not come around again. Montreal is a great city, just brush up on your French.
