Take your time and enjoy the build..............oh, and take it on a track when you've finished.

Really Really think about what the total impact of a deveation from the factory build will create. I am not suggesting that you not deviate I am sure you will and your car will be more yours for the effort. I for one think the change to stalks on the column instead of the factory switchs on the dash is a no brainer. I also like upgrading the A.C. vents the one supplied are pretty boring. I think the difference between a good build and a very good build is in the fore thought of plumbing, wiring and hardware before you tackle any of the above have a plan in mind of what you will use and were you will put it before you start. The build is a great adventure and very rewarding if you plan ahead and stick to your plan. have fun, lee

me and my dad do want to change the dash, which will include switching the normal switches for others. i like the idea of flicking up the plastic cover and pressing a big red button smile

Make sure you design your layout and select your switches/instruments with IVA in mind. The flip cover switches I have seen will fail IVA.

yeh but what Steve is saying is you have to build the car with IVA in mind then make some changes post IVA.

sound advice. i think a simple dash layout pre-SVA so it can easily me changed afterwards.
