Anyone familiar with this Ultima?

Does anyone know this car. Ad seems fishy at best. 730hp in part, 640hp in another. In Canada, in USA? I have left a message for seller. Any help would be appreciated.

A lot of inconsistencies in the ad, but it apopears to be a copy/paste of this listing (in part at least) with further copy/paste of factory website info.

A private listing, 0 feedback raise some flags, but at least the phone number is an Ontario area code.

I would like to see more photos of the car.

Good job with the front brake ducts and the air intake duct from the engine intake.

The headers that shoot straight out the motor for several inches look good.

I don't know anything about the car but what is available looks good.
