Clearly Black is the only colour to have for a GTR biggrinbiggrin .......as for a Can Am....well I guess some more flambouyant colours may be appropriate in that instance getmecoat

I liked my car in Yellow - you only need to find ONE person who likes yellow, in order to
sell the car - I found that person - but now he needs to find someone else who likes the colour, in order to sell it smile

(although he has added some black stripes to the car now....)

If there are too many of one colour for sale, sellers will negociate on the price.

Then if you buy it cheap you can paint it another colour.biggrin

We would need to do a current survey to check if the same applies today, but a few years ago YELLOW Ultima's could only be driven by old men with grey hair and most importantly, a beard!!!

These guys know who they are and those selling their cars today need to remember that unless a prospective buyer falls within this demographic grouping they won't sell it.

I like GTRs in any color the factory offers. I think that means that the factory has done a really good job of selecting colors. The newest Kawa green fits the car very well. But lets all remember that when Ted and the boys pick a color to offer they pick a great yellow or green or orange. THINK NOT park your yellow GTR as I have done next to a yellow Porker and the porker looks green and faded. Lee

They are powder coated and cost £329 for the set.
Remove tyres, chemical clean, media blast, coat, re-fit and balance tyres.

However, the Factory have advised that the high temperature of the process would/could damage the O ring seals. We are about to do a set for a customers car and the parts will be coated separately and assembled afterwards.

I was never happy with the chrome look as I felt it did not fit with the LeMans race car image.

Do a local search for "The Wheel Specialist." Our local one did Steves wheels and they are a national franchise I believe. I can only vouch for our local one but they must all work to the same standards??

I completed my Ultima 9 years ago, it is yellow. I was 28 at the time and had no beard or grey hair (still don't).

I do have a liver and white springer if that helps.
