Hi all , just chewing the fat with some chums tonight , and the age of driver and type of car they drive came up ( this was mixed in with how mad insurance prices are for young drivers etc ) ,anyway this got me thinking , whats the sort of average age for an Ultima owner , I bought mine just over a year ago on my 42nd birthday , Im 43 now ( used all my fingers for that one hehe)anyway as i said just a thought idea

Sounds like the perfect time for another wiki. Or we could just add it to the who's who list. I suspect that there would not be to many replies though, letting people know you have a canam is enough info, age as well may be going way too far wink

Me 43, 33 when it all started (still had grey hair even then).

Since I am only on ph in case we need help with the joint build with me and my dad ( and the fact he bought it and saying my age wouldn't cut the mustard) I should probably leave myself out. My dad is 47, we are aiming for our build to be finished by the time he is 50

I started the build the end 2004 when I was 51, and on the road early 2007.

Not yet, scheduled for a few weeks time. Keeping at present, ive found alternative funding for the business. But with the interest i had there were a few guys just waiting for a sale to go through on their cars so not sure which route ill go if they turn up with a a payment. had offers between 68 and 70k but as i this was after i found the funding i decided to hold back from letting her go. After the roller coaster of emotions during the build it would be a waste not to enjoy her a little.
