Anybody else's box just switched itself off to do an update. Great as I was just getting to the end of the Samuel l Jackson film on ch 5 and will now miss it coz I obviously have no control over when Sky send out their updates. Grrr. . .

Needs one IMHO, to get rid of the overzealous HDMI warning...

Nothing yet. Is it noticeably different?

You chaps been offered a new HD box? My old Thomson is getting picked up and I'm getting a new one next week - just as well as mine is getting a bit dodgy.

We've been offered one as well and it is only for Thomson box owners as they cannot get the Anytime+ service to work on them. Mine can't come soon enough as the current one is on its last legs and has to be rebooted daily. Shame I have to wait 5 weeks until we can get the replacement box though!

Ah that's interesting. Mine needs a reboot every few days now - keeps losing the HD channels with 'no signal', most annoying and I'd put it down to high winds/trees but it's continued in the calm weather after I chopped the trees down!

That's the exact same problem we're getting and it's normally on the channels you want to either watch or record!
