Virgin V+ box...need optical or HDMI ok?

I know with sky you needed HDMI AND optical - same on Virgin or is HDMI alone ok?

And any settings I should adjust?

Set up is V+ box, into the Amp with HDMI (and op if needed) the HDMI from Amp to TV

HDMI on it's own should do it.

You just need to set the video out to HDMI on the V+ Box's options.
