Nevo c3 help!

Hi all,

I've been gifted a nevo c3 remote control with a rf extender FOC, which sounds great, but it's proving a jghtmare to set up/use....... Hence...

I've set it up using the controller only, but no matter what I do I can't get it to sync with my pc. I've uploaded the software for it, but when it asks me to connect the remote by the USB it doesn't recognise it 99% of the time. The remote shows connected by USB but the software keeps going back to the start?

Vie tried reloading the software, and the same result
I've changed USB sockets in case it's the fault
Sometimes it will show that the remote needs updating, but when I click "update" it reverts back to 'connect via usb'

Any ideas?

I can use it for basic functions, but no macros or personal profiles etc etc
