Bang & olufsen prob

Hi all my beicentre 2300 as all of a sudden stopped playing CDs. It will load, but not spin the disc although the system seems to think it's going to play.
Was working fine yesterday.
Any ideas or is the mechanism gone?

Think there might be some cheap new ones kicking around in Manchester and Salford if you know where to look.

Ha ha yeah I bet there are!

Anyway, moved lens all the way up and down it's range of movement, and all is well now!
