LED Tv Advice

I am looking for a new tv to replace the current 32” LCD. Ideally I would like to get a LED thin tv but not sure what to go for. Requirements are as follows:
32” or 37”
Minimum 3 x HDMI Ports (Bluray Player, Sky HD, Xbox)
VGA Port (PC)
Decent Sound
Budget around the £350 mark

Any recommendations, currently have a Hitachi which is wall mounted, I presume I wont be able to use the current wall mount and will need to purchase a new one? The current tv came with the mount when I bought it which was a nice surprise, current tv is a Hitachi L32HK04
