Freeview HD Frame Interuption
Discussion
So in my region (Sutton Coldfield) since analogue has closed all HD transmission now receive 100% signal strength and all the better for it.
Having said that i appear to have an annoying issue where the frame keeps adjusting during a programme transmission, it doesn't adjust the frame to different sizes just clicks every few minutes as if trying to self adjust which is interupting viewing.
Does anyone else experience this or suggestions to prevent this happenening? It doesn't happen on normal digital signals only HD.
TV is 2010 Sony 40" Bavia 100mhz & is set up correctly. So is this a model specific issue of a product of HD transmissions?
Any help appreciated.

Might be worth checking if the aspect ratio setting is set to 'Auto'. I have a 32" EX703 in my kitchen and the set 'remembers' different settings for SD and HD. As pretty well most HD stuff tends to be 16:9 (or 2.35:1 with black bars top and bottom) you should get away with it set to 16:9. It's set in the 'Home/Display/Screen' and you can also set the '4:3 default' to different settings to avoid the set trying to adjust itself automatically.
FWIW I receive from Crystal Palace but don't have this issue (though The Simpsons on 4HD is shown with black bars each side as it's a 4:3 program...others may prefer to stretch 4:3 to fill the screen).
