Car Audio Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my Ferrari 456 stereo, I am wondering what the PH collective view on the following is
Amp Rockford Fosgate Prime R400-4D 400 or Focal solid 4 both amps are 4x75w rms
Front speakers Rainbow 5x7 component
Rears Focal 5.25 or if they fit 6.5 component
Space for the amp in the boot is a little limited, so the amps were picked for being compact and fitting the budget. A fellow 456 owner had used a JL audio 400/4 amp of similar size to the Fosgate and Focal, but the JL is a liitle too expensive for my budget. The original set up uses a Sony HU and an additional sony amp for the rears of 2x30w I need to keep the original HU which has pre amp outs for front and rear via phonos. Original speakers are rated at 30w rms.
