Whats wrong with my Panasonic Plasma TV?
Discussion
I have a Panasonic VT 30 and I'm noticing a lot of colour fringing. Basically anytime someone face moves the colours slightly distort around the edge and their cheek.
All settings are on default with all post processing options off- so is there something wrong with or what do I need to do to fix this. Picture mode is current,y on THX
It only seems to be apparent on Broadcast TV (both HD and SD channels) and not present when watching 720p stuff I have downloaded.

I had this on a 50GT30 which I took back but I questioned whether it was the TV or my eyesight. I went to the local Panny shop and also saw it on their sets but the sales guy didn't notice it. The difference is that I wear specs and he didn't but I have only noticed it on the new 3D Panny's. So looking around for another set at the mo. Being drawn to the Samsung 55 LEDs.

if you set the "intelligent Frame Creation" setting to "MID" it
generally gets rid of most of the quirk
aaarggghhh I wish I knew this 2 weeks ago before I returned the panny as I thought the colours and build quality were superb. Now Costco is out of stock of the 50GT30.generally gets rid of most of the quirk
OP let me know if this works.
