SKY MOBILE BUT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA !!

I see that you can now stream football and films from your Skybox to an iPhone or iPad but can it be done if you are with Virgin Media ?
I would absolutely love this if its possible. Not interested in leaving Virgin Media and I certainly dont want a dish nailed to side of my house so is this something I am gonna have to live with or are Virgin working on something ?

Its an exclusive to Skys' customers sadly (well for you anyway lol)

Its for this alone, I cant see me leaving Sky. For the sake of a wee dish on my house 'Sky Go' far outweighs the odd time I might look up and deem it unsightly LOL

I've been without Sky for over ten years and sometimes I miss it, especially for the HD material. VM does not have the content, nor is likely too as Sky is just too far ahead IMO. When I heard that Sky offered their services through broadband, I rang them to see if they could still provide that over my existing cable with Virgin.. "No" was the resounding reply. I'm not about to give my up 100MB line or add another 2mb BT line just for the sake of watching a few films, so I'm going to wait and see of they introduce such a service.

I do not want to put a Pat Butcher ear ring on the front of my house either

I think that Virgin are working on a Sky Go equivalent. Not sure when it's coming to market but I have heard it's being worked on at present.
