Samsung Blu-ray Service Menu

Any body know how to get into the service menu of a Samsung Blu-ray BD-C5500?

The audio out is not synchronised with the HDMI video.

I believe this can be adjusted somehow, but tried searching the Internet and can't find anything!

Any help would be appreciated.

thats usually adjusted on the amp not the player

I'm using a 25 year old arcam alpha so that's not an option

I read on the Internet that there is a service menu where adjustments can be made but I can't find how to get to it
